MSM has developed an external photocell for use in hazardous areas, enabling automatic switching between day and night modes.
External Photocell-Ex
These photocells can be adapted to various ATEX Aids to Navigation equipment to control their switching-on. They are certified for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 applications.
The photocell is housed in a marine-grade aluminium enclosure with epoxy coating to withstand harsh marine environments. A tempered glass window optimizes light capture.
